STRATOS FINTECH (PRIVATE) LIMITED

STRATOS FINTECH (PRIVATE) LIMITED is a Pakistan fintech, incorporated as a private limited company. The SECP principal line of business is software, data processing and IT consultancy — the legal footing from which we are building payment, open-banking and settlement products. Live operation of those products waits on licences and host-to-host authorisations from the State Bank of Pakistan and the banks we will connect to. The company is the sole member (100%) of Stratos Fintech LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that operates the international desk at stratosfin.io.

We are building secure, scalable, cloud-native fintech platforms that help Pakistani institutions, merchants and exporters move money and data with a trail a bank can read. The long-term vision is to contribute to Pakistan’s digital financial infrastructure through open-banking, payment-gateway and instant-transfer products — always inside the framework administered by the State Bank of Pakistan, SECP, FBR, PSEB and, where relevant, the Financial Monitoring Unit.

The public website, the staff and merchant control panel, Shufti Pro KYC journeys and the official iOS/Android app are live. Card acquiring, e-money wallets and payment-system operation are not — those start after SBP licences and host-to-host bank arrangements.
