1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using stratosfin.pk ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stratos Fintech (Private) Limited.

2. Disclaimer — Services Under Development

All payment gateway, open banking and digital transfer solutions described on these Websites are technology platforms currently under development. No financial services are being offered at this time. Such services will only be provided after Stratos Fintech has obtained the required licences, registrations and authorisations from competent authorities and authorised partners.

Nothing on these Websites constitutes an offer or invitation to avail financial services or to enter into any financial agreement.

2A. Transactional SMS

If you opt in on a web form, Stratos Fintech (Private) Limited may send transactional SMS (verification codes, account notices, fraud alerts) to the number you provided. We do not send marketing SMS. You can cancel at any time: text STOP. Reply HELP for help, or email support@stratosfin.pk. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. STRATOS FINTECH (PRIVATE) LIMITED is the parent company of Stratos Fintech LLC (Wyoming filing 2026-002071705) and owns 100% of that subsidiary. 3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video and software, is the property of Stratos Fintech (Private) Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

4. Permitted Use

• Do not transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory or obscene material.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Websites or underlying systems.
• Do not scrape, crawl or harvest data without permission.
• Do not disrupt or interfere with the Websites' operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratos Fintech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Websites or reliance on any information provided herein. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Websites following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
