3. Current regulatory authorisation

Stratos Fintech (Private) Limited is registered with SECP under CUIN 0345801, incorporated on 15 July 2026, and holds PSEB IT Export License Z-25-21254/26 (valid July 2026 to June 2027). The company is preparing applications for relevant authorisations from the State Bank of Pakistan. Until such authorisations are obtained, no regulated financial activities will be conducted.
